Structural Consolidation

The structural consolidation ranges from static reinforcement measures on individual elements, to structural interventions for seismic improvement of existing buildings, up to interventions aimed at refurbish and/or conversion of historical buildings.

Studio Speri has always successfully dealt with these issues by adopting a methodology structured in three steps: knowledge, project and site.

The acquisition of knowledge is an iterative process that includes documentary research, archive and bibliographical, historical-critical analysis of structural organization, planning and execution of survey (geognostic, diagnostic and geophysics).
The design is the time of analysis and synthesis in order to determine the optimal solution in relation to economic, technical and functional constraints.
The supervision on site is to ensure the validity of assumptions in relation with the building site and therefore the perfect execution of those.
